Why are Tapirs Endangered?
Tapirs are rare animals whose status is close to extinction. Their habitat is being threatened by people who deforest the environment, leaving tapirs and many other animals struggling to find a place to call home. Extinction Tapirs are critically endangered, and need your help to save them. All four species are slowly dying out. Tapirs are near extinction due to the loss of their natural habitat, as people are deforesting their environment. More tapirs need to be transfered to zoos, so they can be bread and live healthily. Humans need to become more aware of tapirs, so they can be conscious of all the wrong they are committing to their environment. 5 Ways to help out 1.
